Muhammad Asyraf Asbullah received a B.S. degree in mathematics education from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia, and an M.S. degree in Computational Mathematics and a Ph.D. degree in Mathematical Cryptography from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Since 2016, he has been an Associate Researcher with the Institute for Mathematical Research (INSPEM), Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is the author of more than 35 publications and holds eight intellectual properties. His research interests involve mathematical cryptography, cryptanalysis, designing asymmetric cryptosystems, and computational number theory. He was a recipient of the Malaysian Science and Mathematics Association Award for Excellence Doctoral Thesis, in 2016, and the Best Paper Award, in 2017. He has also been acting as the Secretary of the Malaysian Society of Cryptology Research (MSCR), since 2013. He was appointed as a Reviewer for several conferences and journals.
